Use both as tools to lead your team, and increase the chances for innovation, especially in times of uncertainty.

3. Design for a culture of innovation: Design internal team cultures based on trust and safety for world-class creative collaborations through the framework of the culture-building elements (CBEs).

He is a creativity and DEI/team culture expert and an experienced business innovation consultant with 15+ years of work experience around the world.
