We will cover the following topics:
-
Practice creative thinking through neuroscience: Use the neuroscience behind creativity to grow your own creativity muscles, create ideas 3x times faster & solve hard problems creatively while turning obstacles into opportunities.
-
Gain creative confidence & lead with curiosity: Navigate your team successfully by using the science behind curiosity and psychological safety, and realize the importance of brain & heart coherence. Use both as tools to lead your team, and increase the chances for innovation, especially in times of uncertainty.
-
Design for a culture of innovation: Design internal team cultures based on trust and safety for world-class creative collaborations through the framework of the culture-building elements (CBEs).
